Schneider Training Solutions LLC, an authorized licensee of the Sandler Sales Institute®, was started in 2006 by founder Jeff Schneider because Jeff believed that most sales reps and sales managers do not receive the level of training necessary to be successful. "Too many companies interview a person once or twice and decide to hire the candidate, hoping that the person might work out," Jeff says. "They don't invest much time or money in the new hire, because they know that there is a high likelihood that this person will be gone within 6 months. And the reason this person is likely to be gone is that they did not adequately invest in the person by training them properly, by not setting clear expectations up front of what was expected of them, and because not enough time was spent in the interview process in the first place determining if the candidate was really a good fit. All of these problems are preventable."
