Sales Training Experience

Jeff Schneider is the founder of Schneider Training Solutions LLC, an authorized licensee for Sandler TrainingSM . Sandler is the leader for impactful sales training, sales coaching and sales consulting in the Portland metro area. Jeff  has spent the majority of his career helping other sellers be better at what they do. Jeff has a successful track record of over 17 years of sales and sales management experience prior to joining Sandler, much of it in the media/advertising world. Jeff held senior sales management positions for publicly-traded companies such as Viacom, Belo and Salem Communications. Since founding Schneider Training Solutions LLC in 2006, Jeff has quickly built a diverse client base that includes companies and individuals in finance, software, mortgage banking, media, high-tech, advertising, promotions, office equipment, manufacturing, telecom and professional services. Jeff's extensive background in sales training, coupled with the uniqueness of the Sandler Selling System®, have enabled his clients to immediately reap rewards from the training. In addition, his sales management experience have allowed him to step in and function as an "outsourced sales manager", providing consulting, recruitment help, development of sales department structure and policies, or whatever may be lacking in a company's current sales department operation.

Since starting this company, Jeff has spoken before thousands of salespeople, sales managers, CEO's and business leaders on a range of subjects. He holds regular seminars in partnership with the Portland Business Alliance and has done numerous workshops for organizations such as the Small Business Development Centers, Portland State Business Accelerator and the Open Technology Business Center.

Jeff graduated in 1986 from San Diego State University with a degree in business, with an emphasis in marketing. He also holds a degree in theology from San Jose Christian College.
